What it is
Onify is the group’s build capability: product design, full-stack engineering, data and deployment. It is AI-native in practice rather than in positioning — the tooling is used in the build itself, which is what compresses the cost.
Internal mandates come from the operating businesses. External mandates are ordinary client engagements, priced commercially, and they subsidise the capability the group uses on itself.
This is the reason the group can hold several unrelated businesses. Each one is a deployment of the same engine rather than a separate build organisation.
How it is built
One capability, two customers.
The same team builds for the group and for external clients. Client work funds the capability; group work compounds it. Neither is a side project.
